Billing & Subscriptions

When will my meals arrive?

After making an order for the week, we will deliver fresh meals to you twice weekly-- on Mondays and Fridays between 3pm and 6pm.

If I order on the day of Friday or Monday, can I still get my food the same day?

Our staff needs time to prepare the meal to deliver to you, so an order has to be made minimum one week in advance for Pre-Set meal plans, and 3 days in advance for Build Your Own meals.

Can I sign up to save 5% on my first meal?

Yes, you don't need to have ordered from us before to qualify for the 5% discount. You only need to subscribe to our service.

You cannot retroactively apply the discount to orders you have already made.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit cards-- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal.

I have allergies-- can you make exceptions/exclusions in the meal?

Since we work in a commercial kitchen where many types of meals with various ingredients are used, we cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free of a particular ingredient. At this point in time, we are unable to make accommodations for customers with food allergies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring.

Is your packaging recyclable/reusable?

We use food-grade and microwavable containers for all of our meals. Unfortunately they are not recyclable at this point. But you may reuse these containers at home however you see fit.

Deliveries

What if I'm not home?

We'll do our best to honour any special delivery instructions you provide (i.e. "leave it on the porch"). However, we cannot guarantee that every instruction can be accommodated, nor will we be held liable for goods that have been lost, stolen, or damaged as a result from these requests.

It's your responsibility to be home during the delivery window or have someone who can accept it on your behalf.

Where do you deliver?

We're currently servicing downtown Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. 

When do you deliver?

Between 3pm to 6pm on Mondays and Fridays.
